Anyone interested in hearing about any of the last few books I’ve read? If you inquire, I am much more likely to write!

I love hearing about what you have read. In the past, it has made me buy some of the books.
Hi Kristen… it’s a great blog you have here. Hearing about what you’ve read? I’d love it. Sophie’s World or else? I read that one years ago. I’d like to know what you think about it.
Kisses to your girls,

You write … I’ll read.
I wrote about Sophie’s World briefly here:

I like graphic novels– “Blankets” sounds quite interesting– what did you think? Have you read anything else by him? Have you read “Persepolis” (I did. Maybe I should have written about it last year. Oh well.)?
Also, I’ve been wanting to read “L’Abri” and”Jayber Crow” — I’d be intereted to hear what you think of their points of view. I’ve been wanting to read Wendell Berry for a while, and though I have Edith’s “Hidden Art of Homemaking” I’ve not yet read it, but perhaps this summer.
Kristen–I love reading your reviews! Also, I love Chesterton’s _Orthodoxy_ It had a huge impact on me in college.
Yes please! Book talk!
C’mon Kristen, do we have to beg (grin)? I love to hear how others connect with books. I’m also easily persuaded to pick up a book based on a good recommendation (from someone I trust).
Are there any books you’ve read so far this year that you expect to read again in your lifetime?
Ooops.. you’ve done it already *blushing*. I’ve checked that out. Yes, Sophie’s World is great. I love it. Reading the book makes me love philosophy, though sometimes it’s hard for me to understand it. *grin*
Cheers,

I’m going to work on this and get something together, thanks for the inspiration and ideas!
And don’t worry CinnamonLeaf, it’s not a prerequisite to read all the archives to join the conversation ;o) I had a baby on my lap which always makes me sound terse.
Ooh! I can’t wait!
