So in previous blogging manifestations I always had one of those counters and I would look regularly at who was reading here: how many, when, etc. Eventually I got over the whole counter thing and we never put one up when we switched to WordPress (and may have not had one for a while before then, I can’t remember.) Overall, comments have remained steady the whole time we’ve blogged (almost six years for me!) so when I logged into our server and realized that they track stats for us and clicked, I expected to see similar numbers as before. They were way way higher than I expected. Who are all you people reading and lurking?

Lurker Jessica revealing herself! I think I may have commented a time or 2 though. I found you via Sora’s site, I think. And have just entered both motherhood and blogdom as well. I enjoy reading about your insights!
I skim consistently via bloglines and come over from time to time.
I’ve been reading (or at least skimming) your blog since the days when The Back Forty was still around.
I read via Bloglines…
Well, you know I read. =)
If we could get all the lurkers in the world to post, just once, the blogosphere might just explode!
For real! I want to know who from the United Arab Emirates read my blog!
Dude, you know I read. I read before you were pregnant with Kate. :-)
Since I know you’ve been majorly busy, I’m not expecting major book reviews, but I am wondering what you thought about _What your Dr may not tell you about children’s vaccinations_. Did you post about it already?
I’ve been hanging around for a while. :)
I feel compelled to reach out to the lurkers, knowing well they will likely disappoint…
Thanks for checking in, everyone so far!
Just another internet busybody here. I enjoy reading about mothering and religion. I also found your blog from Sora’s.
I’m delurking. I also enjoying hearing about your take on mothering and religon. I’m here via Lenise.
Another delurker here. Found you and Mike via Ellen, and have been reading since before your lives (and blogs) were joined.
ZOMFG ph33r teh lurkz0rz!
I’ve been here forever. Plus, I know you and have to update Sarah on how you are.
Hey, did you ever live in Tennessee?
Never lived there. Nope.
Kristen, I’ve been reading your blog since before you were married. It is rare that I comment, so I guess you could say I’ve been lurking around.
I’m a lurker too. That sounds so scandalous.
hi…delurking…my name is jennifer, and i went to grad school with rick. he was always blogging, and i started reading his blog ages ago, and then i started reading all the blogs he linked to, but i only comment once in a blue moon or so… : ) and i only keep up with a couple of those now…
Me. I swing by once a week or so, but never quite get around to leaving a comment.
I’ve been reading for AGES…back when you still believed in the bitter bus. I still check in on you all every few months.
I’ve been reading since I saw you on the GCM site, which my friend Monica pointed me to. Such a small world. Your writings inspired me to start blogs for my 2 little ones.
