We’re a one-car fam. And, with a good deal of cooperation between one extrovert and one introvert, it works just fine most of the time.
I really like how you decorate–clean lines, minimal clutter, lots of light, lots of bookshelves. . .
We’ve done the one car thing. . . but not for a long time, and not when I was involved in our community in a way that required driving. (I could walk to Bible study.)
I’ve got to tell you, I’m really sad both of your volvos have given up the ghost. . .
Your home is beautiful Kristen! :)
We had one car for quite awhile, it’s nice to have 2 now… it’s challenging, but more do-able in nicer weather with older kids. When it was winter and I had a baby, I just stayed home for 6 months.
Kristen, can you email me about your virtual garage sale? (My emails keep bouncing back; I must have an incorrect address.) I’m interested in both pairs of 8.5 Stride Rites. Thanks!

We love bubbles….and soup….and I have to say that I’m loving your house as I see the photos get posted….and we’ve done the 1 car thing for 2 years now – it’s really not that bad.
