Our hosting company uses a data center in Boca Raton, and the back-up generators there failed, so our site was down. The hosting company posted tons of updates and was very obviously throwing a hissy fit, so that amused me in the meantime. But we’re back now.

Kristen, Kristen, Kristen!!!!!! I made the Cider-Roasted Pork Loin last night for dinner. We hosted our biweekly prayer group and had twenty for dinner. It was excellent. Everybody loved it. Saturday was our friends’ annual Cider Pressing Party and Barn Dance (so we had the best cider) and Safeway had pork loin on sale this week. What a lovely recipe. It’s a keeper. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I’m glad everyone liked it! :o) If you avoid the recipes that have extremely expensive ingredients, Cooking Light definitely has some winners. If I had unlimited magazine subscription money, I’d definitely subscribe!
I don’t think I mentioned this before, but I like that picture up top.
I’m going to look for back issues of Cooking Light at our small town library. Thanks for the tip.
Phil, it’s a photoshopped version of a stained glass panel from the cathedral in San Antonio that I took the day we bumped into y’all!
