So, we’re looking for a house. The housing market here has skyrocketed the last five years so buying a first house is more difficult than in many other places. We’re also competing with all the investors who are buying to flip. The average house here sells in less than a week. So, the market is against us, but we have hope knowing that God is sovereign even over these things. The process is nerve-wracking, depressing and exciting, all at once. We’ll keep you posted!

Good luck! We’re gonna be starting the process (buying & selling) here after Phineas makes a showing.
You brave soul!

House hunting is an insane process, but I just recently survived. It can be done. Though we were looking for about 9 months in a buyers’ market.
Happy hunting.
