Happy Mother’s Day to you too, Kristen.. :). How did you and the family celebrate it? Can’t wait for your share, dear.
I got some cool gifts and breakfast in bed before church. Afterwards, we knew we wanted to go to lunch but couldn’t deal with a long wait with our two little ones at naptime, so we chose our favorite church-neighborhood mexican joint which had no wait and half price frozen margaritas for moms. We napped the afternoon away and then took our customary Sunday evening walk, had dinner at Panera and came home. I spent the evening reading and watching my trashy Sunday evening soap operas. And Mike changed both of the icky toddler poopy diapers today. All in all, an excellent Mother’s Day!
