We all survived Mike’s first week back at work. We definitely eased back in, though. He had cancelled his homeschool classes (two classes, two days a week, after he finishes teaching at the school) and only worked a bit on Monday since school was not in session. Of course, we had meals provided for us, too, and my friend Jeni and her youngest daughter, Felicity, were here from North Carolina and spent most of Friday with us. So maybe it wasn’t a typical week in the least, but we still all survived it!
